The former Sunset Strip home of UK singer Harry Styles is headed back to the market with an asking price of US$7.995 million.
According to The Dirt, Styles offloaded the property in 2019 for US$6 million, with the new owner looking to use the services of Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan to market the home.
Set behind large gates for extra privacy, the multi-storey contemporary home was originally built in 1946 but has been extensively remodelled over the years.
The 408sq m house includes four ensuite bedrooms and a total of six bathrooms, set on top of a two-car garage.
The kitchen boasts grey countertops on white lacquer cabinets, set nearby the combination living and dining room that boasts 180-degree, over-the-rooftop views across Los Angeles.
Downstairs, a cabana with wet bar and pool bath is located under the house alongside a kidney-shaped swimming pool and spa.
There’s also a screening room with silk wall-to-wall carpeting.
Styles currently owns a US$8.7 million property in New York along with three homes in the same street in North London’s Hampstead.
