Kathie Lee Gifford has listed her Greenwich, Connecticut, waterfront estate for $100 million (AUD$140 million), according to TMZ, marking the end of a 30-year ownership that began when she and her late husband, Pro Football Hall of Famer Frank Gifford, purchased the property in 1994.
The 13,163-square-foot mansion sits on Cedar Cliff, at the tip of a peninsula along the Long Island Sound.
The property includes eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a pool, spa, fitness centre, tennis court, private beach, and boat dock.

A three-storey east wing houses the primary suite, home office, movie theatre, professional recording studio, and wine cellar – all with water views.
The couple paid $7.8 million (AUD$10.9 million) for the property, which has been described as resembling a European villa. Over the years, it hosted guests including Kevin Costner, Dolly Parton, Regis Philbin, and Donald Trump.

Frank died in 2015 and Kathie Lee left her longtime role on the Today show in 2019 and relocated to Nashville, though she held onto the Connecticut property until now.
If the estate sells at the asking price, it would rank among the most expensive home sales in Connecticut history. The state record was set in 2023 when a nearby estate sold for nearly $139 million (AUD$195 million).
Leslie McElwreath of Sotheby’s International Realty, Greenwich Brokerage, holds the listing.
