RE/MAX is hosting their third annual Asia Pacific convention in Gold Coast this year with more than 400 people expected at the event.
RE/MAX Managing Director Michael Davoren is counting down the days this month as real estate networks either side of the Tasman prepare to welcome the world to the Sheraton Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast.
โThe program, with world-class, highly sought after speakers, networking events and entertainment, is sensational, and promised to match anything Iโve witnessed anywhere globally, RE/MAX or otherwise,โ he said.
Mr Davoren said all 15ย RE/MAX Asia Pacific Region countries had delegates attending including China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Guam, Myanmar and Mongolia and, and of course Australia and New Zealand.
โMost of these countries are sending large groups of delegates. I believe 20 plus each from Singapore and Korea will attend, for example.โ
He said as hosts, RE/MAX Australia and RE/MAX New Zealandโs would pull off an even greater coup.
โCanada, United States, Poland, Argentina, South Africa, Israel and Italy will all be represented and we expect other countries as well but the real emphasis is furthering our relationships in the Asia Pacific region.
โIโm expecting more than 100 from outside the Asia Pacific Region, which is a greater contingent than any previous Asia Pacific Convention has attracted, either to Singapore or Bangkok.
โWith no disrespect to the many wonderful Australian and New Zealand destinations, who wouldnโt want to welcome in spring to the beautiful Gold Coastโ, Mr Davoren said.
The RE/MAX Asia Pacific Convention begins 30thย August at the Sheraton Mirage Resort Gold Coast. More than 400 are expected to participate in the Convention program of events.
