BresicWhitneyโs Lower North Shore team continues to expand, this time with the return of established agent Guido Scatizzi.
A luxury market specialist, Mr Scatizzi brings with him a decade of experience with many of those at BresicWhitney, where he established a solid reputation for selling in the higher-end markets of the Inner East, CBD, City Fringe and the Lower North Shore.
For the past 12 months Mr Scatizzi transacted opulent homes in excess of $10 million for Christieโs International, including in areas from Warrawee to Lindfield, Greenwich to Kirribilli and Elizabeth Bay to Bellevue Hill.
Mr Scatizzi said he believed in BresicWhitneyโs vision of becoming Sydneyโs leading property group by 2025 and it was the desire to deliver a new level of excellence in Lower North Shore real estate that fuelled his return to the brand.
โTo be able to play a meaningful role in shaping the BresicWhitney Lower North Shore story and build on the incredible work that the current team have done, is very exciting,โ he said.
โIโm delighted to re-join in this new capacity and deliver the signature BresicWhitney experience for buyers and sellers across not only the Lower North Shore, but for those moving between Sydneyโs key Harbourside and lifestyle suburbs, many of which BresicWhitney has a long and established presence in.โ
Mr Scatizzi added that the groupโs culture and values played a role in his keenness to return.
โThe opportunity to once again collaborate with what I know is a group of genuinely talented and passionate people across not only sales, but operations and creative, supported my decision making.โ
Mr Scatizziโs return comes after several successful agents joined BresicWhitneyโs Lower North Shore team in recent months including Nicholas Christou, Shabina Kamal, Louise Barton and Anna Chen.
BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn said he was pleased to have Mr Scatizzi back on the team.
โGuido is an exceptional agent who brings a great deal of experience across the high-end Harbourside suburbs,โ he said.
โHe is also a genuinely good human being and trusted colleague, who we know will thrive in this new capacity at BresicWhitney.
โIn a truly holistic sense, his appointment is a natural complement to our existing team, who have helped us forge the path ahead with courage and commitment.โ
Mr McGlynn added that Mr Scatizziโs support of BresicWhitneyโs vision cemented the alignment.
โWe continue to understand that establishing our presence in areas such as the Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs is something that will continue to build over time,โ he said.
โWhatโs integral is that our people, and the wider industry, understands what our journey ahead looks like, and the many opportunities it will create for those coming along with us,โ he said.
BresicWhitney expects its Lower North Shore office to be completed in early-mid 2024.
