Eview’s Queensland arm expands further

After six fast-paced years of real estate operations throughout South-East Queensland, Chris Liu has unveiled his sleek self-titled brand, Chris Liu Real Estate, setting his sights on the local property market across Logan City.

A sales, management and finance career spanning decades, paired with an ability to network and nurture relationships, has provided Mr Liu with the balance required to successfully navigate the realm of real estate.

With a palpable enthusiasm to successfully connect clients with their financial and lifestyle goals, Mr Liu has launched a fresh, new brand, promising to deliver highly individualised, client-centric service and strategy-driven results.

“This is without a doubt, a hugely exciting time for Chris as he launches his unique and modern new look, showcasing a growth-orientated and robust career,” explained CEO and co-Founder of the Eview Group, Manos Findikakis.

An unfortunate initial experience as a property buyer catapulted Mr Liu into real estate; having experienced first-hand the extreme stress and unnecessary anxiety associated with a poorly executed sales strategy.

With his extensive financial understanding, an eye for detail and a magnetic personality, Mr Liu knew he could improve buyer experience, offering a more customised and personalised service.

Having grown up within government housing estates until the age of 16, Mr Liu whole-heartedly understands the value and importance of creating a nurturing and personalised ‘home’ environment.

Whether it’s a first home, or a stepping-stone to fulfil greater dreams, for Mr Liu, there is nothing more special than helping secure a client’s ‘next step’.

“It’s just total elation for myself and my client when we successfully navigate their property goals. There’s nothing better than that moment we secure a first home, or finalise a chapter for a client. The joy that is felt is just not replicable,” Mr Liu explained.

Providing on-the-ground support, training and mentorship will be Eview Group’s Queensland Director, Joel Hood, who, with the addition of Chris Liu Real Estate, will now be nurturing eight brands, who all call the Sunshine State ‘home’.
