Actress Emma Stone looks to be relocating from Los Angeles to the increasingly popular city of Austin, Texas.
According to The Dirt, the La La Land star, likely paid upward of US$7-$8 million for the property, however the property was sold off-market, leaving few clues about the final sale price.
The 1500sq m mansion includes four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and is set on 1.24 acres.
With hedges and mature evergreen trees, the triple-wide lot is mostly hidden from the street.
The home boasts an elegant brick façade and white columns, which are visible from certain angles, and also features crepe myrtle trees that decorate the motor court.
The property includes a swimming pool, formal gardens, and large lawns shaded by a canopy of trees.
Behind the house, there’s also a detached garage building that potentially includes a guest or chauffeur quarters.
Large numbers of celebrities have been leaving LA in recent years, with many taking up residence in Austin.
Stone’s famous neighbours include Sandra Bullock, Joe Rogan, Matthew McConaughey, Elijah Wood, Tom Segura, and Christina Pazsitzky.
Stone sold her LA home back in 2019 but also still owns property in the Malibu hills, plus a New York City apartment and a house in the Westwood neighbourhood of LA.
