Eastell and Co grows 337 per cent in second year with UrbanX

Two years ago, Clinton Eastell decided to step outside his comfort zone and launch his own business on the Sunshine Coast.

At the time, like any big decision, he had a number of fears about moving away from the traditional real estate model and partnering with UrbanX.

Fast forward two years and Eastell and Co has just celebrated its second birthday, after growing the business 337 per cent in its second year, and there are no signs of slowing down.

From the moment Clinton started his own brand he has been on the front foot, launching with 22 listings, and from that moment forward he has been able to build momentum, run his business the way he wants, and unlock the power of his own brand to stand out from his competition.

Over the past two years, Clinton has embraced business ownership, and accelerated his career as an agent.

As he has grown his personal brand, his goals have continued to change and the partnership with UrbanX has allowed him to focus on listing and selling, without having to worry about the backend administration associated with running a successful real estate business.

Clinton, who was recently named Agent of the Year for Coolum Beach and Yaroomba, leads his team from the front. Eastell and Co continues to grow each year, and the next 12 months promises to be the biggest yet.
