Century 21 rolls out AI technology to entire network

Century 21 has announced that it will roll out the RiTA by AiRE technology across its entire network, which will be available at no cost to the offices for the first six months of implementation.

RiTA by AiRE is a lead generation and nurturing robot that helps real estate professionals generate more listings from their database using artificial intelligence (AI) and automation.

Century 21 (C21) will integrate eSales through the recently-built business management platform Open API with RiTA.

The goal is for the system to identify opportunities and commence hyper-personalised and automated two-way SMS conversations. RiTA will qualify leads and update eSales via a deep API integration.

The announcement was made by C21 CEO James Bell at the network’s 2021 convention.

“I am extremely excited about the rollout of the RiTA technology which will not only help our network generate new business but also demonstrates our commitment to introducing technology that provides our offices with the opportunity to increase performance in a growingly competitive market,” Mr Bell said.

“By offering RiTA to every C21 office at no charge for the first six months, it ensures they have the opportunity to trial and ultimately benefit from this ground-breaking technology”.

AiRE CEO and founder Ian Campbell welcomed the announcement by C21.

“It is decisive and deliberate leadership from the Century 21 corporate team to deliver on their remit to provide more buyer, seller and landlord leads to their franchisees while implementing next-generation tooling like RiTA,” Mr Campbell said.

“Shifting the needle on productivity by leveraging the capabilities of RiTA, with the data asset in eSales and third-party data sources, enables Century 21 agents to know more about their customers and position themselves to win more listings, and sell more homes with no additional investment in resources.”

This year, C21 has already released a number of proptech concepts. Open API has been leveraged to link their proprietary business platform, eSales, to third-party applications like Realtair’s Pitch and Sign products, Before You Bid and CampaignAgent.
