Belle Property expands their Hunter Valley operation

Belle Property has expanded its residential footprint with the opening of Belle Property Cessnock. A strategic move by Principal Anthony Di Nardo, Belle Property Cessnock comes only months after Mr Di Nardo rebranded his two offices to Belle Property Charlestown and Belle Property Hunter Valley.

“By establishing his third residential office in Cessnock, Anthony has nothing but reinforced his commitment to the region and dedication to client care,” said CEO of Belle Property, Peter Hanscomb.

“Alongside Sales Director Matthew McBrearty, Sales Manager Peter Kunov and Head of Property Management Larissa Bridge, Anthony and his team are now better positioned to offer a service that is unparalleled in the region.”

The highly capable team of sales agents and property managers have been servicing the Cessnock and surrounding suburbs for some time from the Belle Property Hunter Valley office in Maitland. The high performing team have already established a strong presence in the market.

Partner of Belle Property Cessnock and sales agent, Brendan King, has made a commitment to the local community through a partnership with Buy a Bale, donating $500 from every sale until the end of the year. Sales agent Samantha Shone is a record holder in her regions of Kurri Kurri, Weston and Gillieston Heights, and property manager, Rachel Bailey has been nominated for the 2018 Cessnock Customer Service Awards through the Cessnock Chamber of Commerce.

“The regions consistent property growth and local demand for property experts, has meant that we have had a presence in this market for quite some time,” said Mr Di Nardo.

“But we understand that the suburbs within Hunter’s wine country are vastly different to those in Maitland and surrounding areas. With the opening of our Cessnock office, we are now able to serve this unique market better.”

Cessnock is the gateway to the stunning Hunter Valley wine region and has become an in-demand lifestyle destination. The area’s location to nearby Newcastle has only fuelled buyer and investor interest in Cessnock and surrounding suburbs.

“First home buyers, investors and Sydney and Central Coast locals looking for a lifestyle change are consistently driving strong growth in the Cessnock and surrounding property market,” said Mr Di Nardo.

“Buyers love the quality of life, slower paced lifestyle, and attractive price point enjoyed in the Hunter’s countryside communities.”
