Barry Plant achieves 15 straight years of ‘Highly Recommended’ customer service status

For 15 years running, the Barry Plant Group has achieved an elite benchmark with every Barry Plant office receiving a ‘Highly Recommended’ status for excellence in customer service.

The Barry Plant Croydon office led by Matt Jinks and James Brougham were also recognised as the overall National Winner at the 2019 Australian Achiever Awards with a near-perfect score of 99.86 per cent. The offices in Narre Warren, Rosebud, Werribee, and Sunshine were close behind to round out the top 5 for the Barry Plant Group.

Barry Plant Director and CEO Mike McCarthy said it was an exceptional achievement for the company to continue its run of ‘Highly Recommended’ status through all offices.

“We pride ourselves on our customer service, it truly is our number one priority,” Mr McCarthy said.

“The success of the Croydon office as the national winner this year is also an outstanding effort by that hard-working team.”

The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent award system based on assessment ratings from real estate agency customers. They are unbiased and focus on vital criteria including time-related service, addressing client needs, care and attention, value, attitude, communication, and overall perception.

These elements are graded and combined into a final score out of 100 for each agency. Anything above 80 per cent is considered exceptional.

Almost all the Barry Plant offices scored more than 90 per cent for this year, with the average of the offices increasing this year to 96.99 per cent.
