The Whitehorse property arena is set for a spring shake-up as two of the area’s agencies join forces to create a formidable ‘power team’.
The shifting landscape has seen Noel Jones Mitcham join the Jellis Craig Mitcham team, which will now also have an alliance with the existing Jellis Craig Blackburn team.
Together, this will create a Whitehorse power team comprising highly experienced and accomplished agents.
Jellis Craig notes figures from financial year 2019 indicate that the combined Jellis Craig teams will together lay claim to market dominance in Whitehorse. They also believe the fortification of Jellis Craig’s area presence is certain to benefit vendors.
“It’s exciting to have so much local experience and knowledge and such impressive sales results within one group,” says director Troy Sheehan.
The new Jellis Craig Whitehorse leadership team includes Stephen Le Get, Daniel Bullen and John Stack (already part of Jellis Craig Whitehorse), and Troy Sheehan, Matthew Scafidi and Janet Fleet (formerly of Noel Jones).
Collectively, the six-strong leadership team boasts over 87 years’ experience.
“The consolidation of local knowledge and experience in Jellis Craig Mitcham, and strength afforded by a close alliance between Jellis Craig Mitcham and Jellis Craig Blackburn, can only benefit vendors,” Mr Sheehan said. “It will be an exciting spring season in Whitehorse.”
