Afterpay billionaire selling his $28 million Century City condo

Afterpay Co-founder Nick Molnar is looking to offload the Century City condo he only bought last year from Friends star Matthew Perry.

According to The Dirt, the tech billionaire Molnar paid US$21.6 million for the 860sq m penthouse and is now looking for a quick profit with a US$27.99 million asking price.

The penthouse takes up the entire 40th floor of the prestigious, Robert A.M. Stern-designed ‘The Century’ skyscraper.

The home includes four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, plus 360-degree views of the entire skyline of greater Los Angeles.

Inside there are four marble fireplaces, four separate terraces, recessed LED lighting and remote-controlled window coverings throughout. 

Guests access the penthouse via elevator and are immediately met with an impressive entrance gallery that leads into the living room featuring ceiling-high windows.

There’s a separate dining room that connects to the kitchen that includes premium stainless steel appliances as well as a family room and a soundproof home theatre with velour couches.

Throughout the home, there are three guest bedrooms all with their own personal ensuites.

The master bedroom has breathtaking views of the city lights and boasts dual master baths, dual walk-in closets and a dedicated lounge/sitting room/office area.

On top of all of that, there’s also an outdoor dining terrace with a built-in BBQ as well as four parking spots in the building’s garage.
