OBrien Real Estate Carrum Downs has expanded its footprint with the addition of a Langwarrin office.
The move brings together new and existing team members, combining local knowledge across both suburbs in Melbourne’s south-east.
The agency said the transition had been seamless, with the team now operating under the OBrien Real Estate Carrum Downs & Langwarrin banner.
“We’re super excited for the next steps,” the team said in a statement.
The expansion builds on the agency’s established presence in Carrum Downs, where it has operated for some time.
