English songstress Adele is looking to offload one of her Beverly Hills homes, which she only recently picked from good friend Nicole Richie.
According to The Dirt, Adele is hoping to sell the leafy “Hamptons-style estate”, for US$12 million, a slight premium on the US$10 million she paid Richie for the property in 2021.
Built in 1957, but since extensively renovated and expanded, the 510sq m residence includes three bedrooms, three full baths and one powder room, plus a large bonus room/playroom that could easily be a fourth bedroom.
The home’s interiors include a main level with a library, family room and combo dining/living room.
All those spaces include their own fireplaces, and all open directly to the lush backyard.
The gourmet kitchen features a marble backsplash and premium stainless appliances.
Upstairs, the primary suite is outfitted with its own fireplace, plus dual walk-in closets and a bathroom with dual sinks and a soaking tub.
There’s also a laundry room, an “assistant’s office,” a gym as well as a “security room”.
Located on a high-hedged half-acre corner lot within the 24/7 guarded Hidden Valley Estates community, the property boasts a host of celebrity neighbours that include Jennifer Lawrence, Zoe Saldana, Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz.
Adele recently purchased a new US$58 million Mediterranean villa-style mansion from Sylvester Stallone, and appears to be looking to sell down some of her other real estate holdings.
The singer also owns the US$10 million mansion across the street, which is occupied by her ex-husband Simon Konecki.
