Adele adds to $30 million Beverly Hills real estate portfolio

Singer Adele has increased her real estate holdings with another purchase in the Hollywood Hills, taking the combined value of her property portfolio to more than $30 million.

In May this year, the chart-topping artist forked out $10 million for the 5,515-square-foot home, that boasts four-bedrooms, and four bathrooms.

Built in 1957, the house has also been renovated and expanded, and spans 5,500 square feet.

The mini-mansion wraps around a park-like backyard, where a big, grassy lawn is accented by stone pavers leading to a stone patio, a swimming pool and a separate spa.

In 2016, the singer bought her first US property, purchasing a $9.5 million home in Beverly Hills.

The traditionally styled home was designed by Scott Mitchell and sits on a 17,000-square-foot lot. It features four bedrooms and five bathrooms, two formal living rooms and a light-filled formal dining room,

The property has a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, connected to an expansive family room and breakfast area that opens out to an outside dining spot with a barbecue.

In 2019, she purchased her next home for $10.65 million.

The property sits on more than 40,000 square feet of lush grounds and was labelled an “art collector’s paradise”.

The home features high ceilings and an abundance of natural light throughout.

All three properties are all located within the exclusive Hidden Valley gated enclave, which features the homes of Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban, Penelope Cruz, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lawrence and Katy Perry.

It’s believed the British singer has a net worth of approximately $180 million.
