Funnyman Adam Sandler continues to expand his already impressive property portfolio, adding a traditional ranch-style house in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of Los Angeles for US$4.1 million.
According to The Dirt, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom house was built in the 1940s and has been extensively remodelled over the years, including a new kitchen and bathroom.
Notably, the property also came with plans for a 700sq m, two-storey house with a basement, leading to speculation that the Happy Gilmore star is looking to knockdown the old home and build something new.
The simple home sits on a quarter-acre corner block, with plenty of grassy lawn and an attached two-car garage.
Inside, thereโs 170sq m of living space, which includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, as well as a formal dining area with chandelier lighting.
While the remodelled kitchen is set in all white and boasts a host of stainless appliances and direct access to the laundry.
The main bedroom has an ensuite with dual vanities, a bathtub and a separate shower.
And outside thereโs a large backyard with a covered patio as well as a brick fireplace.
The Billy Maddison actor owns more than US$40 million worth of luxury real estate in California, including three luxury condos and an oceanfront Malibu vacation home.
The main home that he shares with his wife Jackie is also located in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood.
