Watson said Bribie Island is a booming area, positioned between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, offering a genuine community feel with quick access to beaches while remaining within around an hour of Brisbane’s CBD.
He said the region’s momentum is reflected in recently announced plans for a major Sandstone Point Hotel expansion, including a proposed five star hotel and a broader retail and entertainment precinct.
“I started working on Bribie Island when I entered real estate with Coronis nearly 10 years ago. When the opportunity emerged to take over an existing business, it felt like the right time for us to grow and expand.
