Rebecca Cuderman launches NGU Logan

Award-winning Queensland agent Rebecca Cuderman has launched her own business under the NGU Real Estate banner, opening the doors to NGU Logan with a strong foundation and ambitious growth plans.

At just 26 years old, Ms Cuderman has already established herself as one of the top-performing agents in the state, selling over 200 properties per year.

With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, she now steps into the role of selling principal with a vision to build a dominant agency across the Logan region.

Joining her in the new venture is her existing team of eight, all of whom made the move with her, along with a new recruit already on board and additional agents set to join by the end of the financial year.

โ€œRunning my own office has always been a long-term goal,โ€ Ms Cuderman said.

โ€œBut more than that, I wanted to align with a brand that could offer genuine growth opportunities, not just for me, but for other agents coming through.โ€

NGU Real Estateโ€™s track record in markets such as Ipswich and Brisbane, played a pivotal role in her decision.

โ€œThe market in Ipswich especially is very similar to Logan, and the way NGU has been able to grow across the western corridor and surrounds, made it clear they were the right fit,โ€ Ms Cuderman said.

โ€œItโ€™s a very hands-on, family-style business where I deal directly with the owners.

โ€œThere’s no middleman, no politics, just a shared vision for building something great together.โ€

Ms Cudermanโ€™s new business will operate as NGU Real Estate Logan, servicing a dynamic market that includes a strong mix of first-home buyers, owner-occupiers and long-term investors.

With the Logan region continuing to evolve, she believes her local knowledge and consistent presence in the area put her in a unique position to lead.

The office is already operational and set for an official opening at the end of the month.

โ€œOur long-term goal is to grow to 500โ€“600 transactions a year and build a platform where agents can thrive and one day open their own offices across the NGU brand.โ€

Starting in real estate at 17, Ms Cuderman has already achieved industry recognition, becoming the youngest agent in Queensland to make over 100 sales per year.

โ€œReal estate has been my life for nearly a decade,โ€ she said.

โ€œI love helping people, but Iโ€™m even more passionate about growing others in the business and building a strong team culture.โ€

NGU Chairman Emil Juresic said he was excited to see Ms Cuderman join the group and expects to see even more growth from the high performer.

โ€œRebecca is one of the best performers in the country, selling more than 200 properties in the past 12 months, and sheโ€™s still looking to take things to another level,โ€ Mr Juresic said.

โ€œWeโ€™re incredibly grateful she chose NGU, and weโ€™re focused on giving her the tools, training, and support to grow even further.โ€

โ€œShe recognised that NGU is a business that consistently develops top-tier talent, and weโ€™re proud to partner with someone so driven to keep improving.โ€
