DJ Anton Zaslavski, better known as Zedd, has relisted his Beverly Hills mansion for US$23 million – US$3.5 million less than he was asking last year.
According to The Dirt, Zedd paid US$16 million for the two-storey residence four years ago, shortly after it was built.
The mansion boasts five bedrooms and nine bathrooms across 3300sq m of open-plan living that has sweeping ocean and mountain views.Â
The luxury property includes a custom-designed soundproof movie theatre with a 4K laser projector, billiard room, and an indoor-outdoor gym.
There’s also an atrium with a large water feature, a fireside living room that connects to a sleek eat-in kitchen, a prep kitchen/pantry and a brick-walled dining room with a designer light fixture.
The master retreat is spread out across the entire second floor and includes its own spacious terrace, a linear brick fireplace and two walk-in closets while the bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub and steam shower. Downstairs four additional guest suites open to the pool area.
The grounds span just over three acres and feature a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen with al fresco dining, an infinity-edge pool and spa, and roof deck. There’s also a four-car garage as well as plenty of off-street parking for at least a dozen vehicles.
