Yolanda Hadid has relisted her Pennsylvania family farm for US$10.8 million (A$15.1 million) after a previous sale fell through late last year.
The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom Bucks County estate first hit the market in September 2025 but dropped out of escrow before settlement.

Writing on Instagram in April, Yolanda reflected on the delay – and chose to reframe it.
“When the estate fell out of escrow last year, I chose to see it as a gift – more time to soak up the serenity,” Yolanda wrote.

“To keep the magic alive, I just planted over 3,000 new lavender plants as an act of faith and promise to the land to keep the traditions moving forward.
“Today after a long winter I open the doors again… with gratitude in my heart for all it has given me and my family. I trust in perfect timing.”

The property includes horse riding facilities and a jumping arena – features that played a significant role in her daughters’ upbringing.
TMZ reported Gigi and Bella Hadid spent time at the farm training as equestrians before their modelling careers took off.

Yolanda has described the estate as “a wellness sanctuary with countryside chic, fully reimagined from the ground up.”

The farm is located in Bucks County, one of Pennsylvania’s most prestigious rural areas.
