Established real estate agents Brett Hayman and Shane Killalea, along with business partner Sue Killalea, are launching a new real estate brand with big vision.
Hayman Partners is the brainchild of the trio who have been business partners for 11 years within the limitations of a franchise network.
The new brand aims to be agile in all services with an ability to respond to the latest trends and opportunities to add value to clientโs real estate needs as they occur. Technology and innovation will be central to business operations, with efficient and direct personalised service being the key business goal.
Principal agent, Brett Hayman – a two times Olympian and silver medalist at the 2000 Sydney Olympics – said he is excited about leading his team during a time of change for the business.
โWe have had many conversations with people stating they want to move away from bigger brands to engage with companies who can deliver value-built relationships and can be responsive to emerging opportunitiesโ Mr Hayman said.
โThis new brand will see data driven property sales and leasing outcomes, along with agile marketing solutions delivered without a complex hierarchical approval process, which often causes great ideas to be outdated by the time they can be realised.โ
Shane Killalea, who has worked in partnership with Mr Hayman for almost 15 years, said the decision on the new business name was an easy choice.
โWith Brettโs name being so well known and respected within the community and industry, it just made sense for us to put it on the door for the whole team to benefit from. If you know him, you know he doesnโt have a big ego, and this makes it even better,โ Mr Killalea said.
โThe exciting part is that we are surrounded by an long-serving, expert and award-winning team who are just as keen as us to work directly with clients across the Canberra region under a refreshing new brand that doesnโt fit the real estate stereotype in Canberraโ.
Hayman Partners will begin trading from their established Curtin premises on 1 July 2018.
The team will consist of 30 staff, with just over a third of the team having more than 10 years real estate industry experience (of which four have 20+ years).
