Continuing in the tradition of being proudly family owned and run, Ray White Group has recently welcomed three brothers on board in Werribee.
The Krnjeta brothers – Robert (Partner/Auctioneer), Petar (Agent/Auctioneer) and Alex (Sales Associate) – said it was the company’s family values that attracted them to the business.
“One of my key reasons for making the move to Ray White is because my biggest dream has always been to work with and lead a team,” Robert said.
“The family values of the business really appealed to me. The chance to work for a family-owned and family-run brand was one I couldn’t turn down.
“Supported by my younger brother Alex, I look forward to working alongside the current team at Werribee as a mentor and leader, as we provide the very best experience and results to our customers.”
Having spent seven years in the area and ranking within the top five agents for his previous agency, Robert is an experienced and highly-successful agent in the Wyndham, Manor Lakes and surrounding markets.
He said Werribee, just 45 minutes from the Melbourne CBD and the coast, was an exciting prospect and is one of the largest areas of capital growth with good value homes.
“The buyer demographic is predominantly first home buyers or investors, with the median sale price sitting at $595k. It’s a volume-based marketplace,” Robert explained.
Led by Michelle Chick and former-CEO Domenic Belfiore, over the past two years Ray White has created a strong presence in Werribee.
Brother Petar said he was also thrilled to be joining the team.
“By joining Ray White, I now have the freedom to work with a wide demographic and a vast pool of different buyers,” he said.
“I’ve been in real estate for five years now and hope to establish myself further into Werribee and surrounding markets.”
