The Agency has partnered exclusively with coach Rik Rushton as their in-house trainer.

Mr Rushton spent over a quarter of a century working as an agent and running his own business, consistently earning million-dollar annual fees. His training, coaching and speaking work has taken him around the world, including presenting twice at the worldโs largest real estate conference, NAR, where 20,000 agents gather annually in the US.
Mr Rushton was also heavily involved in improving the MAPS coaching method for Keller Williams, one of the worldโs largest real estate businesses, with more than 139,000 associates in 790 markets globally.
