Knight Frank has appointed Tony Chen to its Western Sydney Investment Sales team as Senior Sales Executive.

Based in the firm’s Parramatta office, Tony will work alongside Partner and Head of Investment Sales Western Sydney, Jeff Moxham, and the broader Investment Sales team across New South Wales.

Tony brings more than 11 years of experience in real estate, having held roles at Colliers, CBRE and, most recently, Savills.

He specialises in the sale of development sites, office, retail and mixed-use assets throughout Sydney, with experience spanning planning, feasibility, development, marketing and transaction management.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, he brings access to an extensive network of local and international investors, according to Knight Frank.

Jeff said Tony’s appointment would strengthen the firm’s Western Sydney investment sales capability.

“Tony’s extensive experience across a variety of commercial asset classes, combined with his strong market knowledge and broad buyer network, make him a valuable addition to our team,” he said.

“He has a strong reputation for achieving outstanding outcomes for a wide range of clients, including private owners, developers, insolvency practitioners and government agencies.

“We are excited to have Tony on board. His appointment will boost our Investment Sales offering in Western Sydney and further enhance our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”

Tony said he was looking forward to the move.

“I am delighted to be joining Knight Frank and becoming part of such a highly respected business with a strong presence across Western Sydney and the broader Sydney market,” he said.

“Western Sydney continues to attract strong interest from both local and offshore investors, underpinned by significant infrastructure investment, population growth and ongoing urban renewal across the region.”

“With strong fundamentals and increasing investor confidence, I look forward to helping clients Leave as-is since it’s a direct quote, or if editing, replace with “capture value” and capitalise on opportunities throughout Western Sydney.”
