The King of Queens star Kevin James is looking to offload his South Florida mansion for a tidy $6 million profit having owned the property for just 18 months.
The funnyman spent US$14 million on the renovated Delray Beach mansion and is currently asking US$19.95 million according to The Dirt.
The three-storey Colonial Caribbean plantation-style home has a total living area of 1765sq m and includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with an elevator to whisk residents and guests between the three floors.
Inside the expansive estate, there are a handful of living rooms and lounges, several dining spaces, and a gigantic, sleekly appointed kitchen with two massive island benches and professional-grade appliances.
The mansion itself is split into different sections including the main house and a semi-detached guest or staff apartment as well as the five-car garage.
Each of the four guest and family bedrooms in the main house include a private ensuite and access to an ocean-view balcony, while the master suite sprawls across the entire top floor with a spacious sitting room/study, two walk-in closets and a spa-style bathroom.
With the beautiful views across Ocean Boulevard and over Delray Beach, there are naturally numerous verandas on every level, as well as to the massive T-shaped saltwater swimming pool thatโs set amongst tropical gardens.
A native of New York, James has previously owned property in Delray Beach including a US$26 million eight-bedroom and 12-bathroom compound, but continues to reside in the Long Island village of Old Westbury.
