“I find it extremely interesting to listen to people’s stories and get to know them on a personal level – rather than your standard cookie-cutter agency approach,” he says.
And it was this desire to provide a personal, professional, and tailored service that started his yearning to offer Bathurst more.
“There has been a huge gap in the market for years in Bathurst for a smaller agency to provide more value to clients through consistent communication, premium marketing and a one-to-one approach that’s available seven days,” he says.
