Real estate specialist Alan Riley โ whoโs credited with some of the Sunshine Coastโs top waterfront property sales – has joined LJ Hooker Mooloolabaโs sales division as co-principal.
Mr Riley has been credited with several million-dollar waterfront sales for Mooloolaba and Minyama sellers over 2018, including $3.25m and $2.88m for two properties at Mooloolaba as well as a record $5.15m for a home on Mooloolah Island, Minyama.
The Mooloolaba market has been one of the Sunshine Coastโs leading performers for house growth over the last 12 months. According to CoreLogic, the median house price rose 11.4 per cent to $760,000.
LJ Hooker State Director Stephen Mutton said Mr Riley had positioned himself as a leading real estate advisor throughout Mooloolaba and the neighbouring Alexandra Headland and Minyama markets over the last decade.
โAlanโs clients speak very highly of him for the results heโs achieved and his knowledge and connections through the local marketplace are exceptional,โ said Mr Mutton.
LJ Hooker Mooloolaba Principal Yasna Hawthorne and her agency are growing to accommodate the interest which the local market is gathering and having someone of Alanโs talent joining her ranks complements both their plans for their agency partnership moving forward. Alan provides exceptional service to Mooloolaba and Minyamaโs blue-chip neighbourhoods.
Ms Hawthorne said Mr Rileyโs commitment to customers was well-known throughout the marketplace.
โAlanโs professionalism has always impressed me. He has an acute sense for knowing what the market is looking for and partners with his customers to best present their homes or investments to attract buyers,โ said Ms Hawthorne.
