Sunshine Coast waterfront specialist joins LJ Hooker

Real estate specialist Alan Riley – who’s credited with some of the Sunshine Coast’s top waterfront property sales – has joined LJ Hooker Mooloolaba’s sales division as co-principal.

Mr Riley has been credited with several million-dollar waterfront sales for Mooloolaba and Minyama sellers over 2018, including $3.25m and $2.88m for two properties at Mooloolaba as well as a record $5.15m for a home on Mooloolah Island, Minyama.

The Mooloolaba market has been one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading performers for house growth over the last 12 months. According to CoreLogic, the median house price rose 11.4 per cent to $760,000.

LJ Hooker State Director Stephen Mutton said Mr Riley had positioned himself as a leading real estate advisor throughout Mooloolaba and the neighbouring Alexandra Headland and Minyama markets over the last decade.
