“Based on the feedback we received, we’ve launched targeted initiatives that directly address the needs of our network, starting with comprehensive marketing tools and resources, and further into prospecting strategies and fundamental business structures,โ she said.
“Following the positive reception of our initial marketing efforts, we are now gearing up to attract top-tier agents by leveraging the full spectrum of our network’s resources,โ she said.
The two-day event featured insights from industry leaders and the introduction of data-driven tools aimed at enhancing business performance.
The retreat also featured a presentation by AFL star and four-time Hawthorn premiership player, Jordan Lewis, who discussed the importance of daily effort, commitment, and resilience in achieving high performance.ย
Ms Pascoe said his session provided valuable insights into the dedication required to excel in any field.
