Queensland agent Steve Venn has re-joined Century 21. Mr Venn was previously with Century 21 for 4 years from 2012 to 2016.
He decided to re-join the new look Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra office due to the growing popularity of Caloundra and the surrounding region and his desire to be part of the new vision for C21.
Mr Venn has been awarded ‘Centurion’ status by Century 21 several times, an award that places him within the top one per cent of over 110,000 agents across the world. In 2016, he was also recognised as Century 21’s top selling agent in Australasia.
“Century 21 Lifestyle Caloundra has really hit the ground running in the 12 months it has been operating, winning significant local market share and building a clear vision for the future,” said Mr Venn.
“The Sunshine Coast is growing in popularity as an investment destination and the global nature of the Century 21 brand provides us with an advantage in this regard.
“I am really looking forward to playing a small part in the future growth of both Caloundra and I what I believe will be its leading real estate office,” said Mr Venn.
