Sherrie Storor’s coaching clients finished EOFY having the best sales year ever

The last 12 months saw LJ Hooker Ormeau Principal, Nicole Hintz, smash her business goals of tripling her revenue, and writing $1.6 million gross commission income.

“This year I have achieved my big scary goal of moving across bronze, silver and gold medals within our brand, all within 12 months,” Nicole said.

“In fact, we have now smashed that goal, and we have full focus on the next.”

Nicole doubled her team from two to four and transitioned her business model to include selling prestige properties, including her first $2 million property, along with a slew of million-dollar-plus homes.

“In the last 12 months, I have sold 17 properties over $1 million, including my first $2 million sale,” she said.

“Selling homes for me in this price range was a real mindset shift.

“I knew I needed support to be able to reach my goal, which I achieved beyond what I thought I was capable of.

“Sherrie helped me achieve this through coaching, implementing systems and structure, instilling belief, goal setting, attracting an amazing team and focusing on what is important.”

And she’s not the only one. In fact, 90 per cent of Sherrie’s coaching clients finished the 20/21 financial year with record breaking sales.

Sherrie’s method involves analysing the client’s current business practice, along with their skill set, experience level, their goals and visions for the future.

She then uses this information to develop a personalised plan that includes systems and structures, building profiles, and shifting mindset to foster closing business, growing and leading teams, and building a more profitable business.

On top of record sales, Sherrie’s clients have achieved something even more important – balance.

Put simply, her clients – which include CEOs, selling principals and lead agents – built businesses that provide more freedom, more flexibility and more security, whilst increasing their revenue.

Whilst interviewing Sherrie for this article, she provided multiple examples of amazing performances from her coaching clients, we’ve chosen a few standouts to showcase:

Hayley Van de Ven – RE/MAX Results Morningside and Mackay, RE/MAX Bayside Properties Alexandra Hills and Cleveland.

As head of the number one RE/MAX business in Australia, Hayley has tripled her business revenue since January 2020.

“Hayley is the ultimate real estate CEO,” Sherrie said.

“She’s recruited across the whole business, bringing new leaders and agents alike into the team, and invested in her current workforce, in addition to building her own personal profile.”

Hayley said Sherrie’s guidance, belief, and structure implementation were critical to her success.

“Having a coach that understands your dreams and your direction, then keeps you accountable every step of the way, is invaluable,” Hayley said.

Most recently, Hayley purchased RE/MAX Bayside Properties, the number two business for the network, adding a further two offices to her business.

Emma Bauer – Coastline Realty Bargara

Since working with Sherrie, Emma has experienced rapid growth, both personally and professionally.

“As a selling principal, Emma sought the guidance to build her own Effective Business Unit (EBU) to provide a balance between business ownership whilst growing her personal sales business,” Sherrie said.

Jamie Harrison – Kollosche Gold Coast

Jamie first started working with Sherrie three years ago, and since then, has quadrupled his business.

“Throughout this period of time, he has become a prestige agent, selling his most expensive property ever, just shy of $10 million, along with a number of other high-profile properties,”

“Jamie also built his own Effective Business Unit (EBU) and implemented sales systems and structures,” Sherrie said.

Nick Bordin – Elders of Lennox Head and Bangalow

Already a successful selling principal, Nick operates the number one agency in the network and is also the number one agent for the franchise.

As a father of four and successful businessman, Nick’s goals were to create more balance in between his home and work life.

“Over the last nine months, we have focused on building Nick’s personal team, putting automated systems and structures in place and building his profile in his marketplace,” Sherrie said.

Tracey Caruana – McGrath Springfield Lakes

It’s been a fantastic year for Tracey, being named McGrath Sales Manager of the Year and taking out the number one agent title for her marketplace.

“I’ve watched Tracey implement, execute and grow as a sales professional, leader and human and it’s an honour to work alongside her to achieve her business dreams, goals and bigger visions,” Sherrie said.

Of course, this is just a sample of some of Sherrie’s success stories.

In fact, every agent Sherrie worked with over the past financial year experienced business growth, but 90 per cent of them had their best sales year ever.
