Savills establishes a residential projects team in Queensland

Savills continues to expand its residential project marketing team, with Jo Prince-Gillies set to lead the new Queensland business along with Jade Loch and Ryan Hayes.

Savills Australia and New Zealand has announced it has established a residential project marketing team within its Queensland business, with the appointment of three new operatives.

The news comes a few short months after the agency announced it had expanded its Victorian business with a new residential projects team based in Melbourne.

The move by Savills Queensland into the residential sector sees Jo Prince-Gillies come onboard as state director, residential project marketing, leading the team with a particular focus on ‘off the plan’, premium apartments and townhouse developments across South East Queensland.

Ms Prince-Gillies boasts an impressive track record of over two decades in residential projects and developments.

Having personally sold and managed over $3 billion in new developments, her expertise has earned her a number of awards and reputation as a true leader in the industry.

Joining Ms Prince-Gillies is Jade Loch in the role of operations manager, who has almost 10 years in the property industry and Ryan Hayes, sales executive, on the team. 

Anthony Ott, State Managing Director – QLD at Savills Australia and New Zealand said they were delighted to have Ms Prince-Gillies head the new residential project marketing business as well as Ms Loch and Mr Hayes.

“The expertise Jo and her team brings allows us to extend our service offering to the residential sector, which is experiencing strong demand due to ongoing population growth, an undersupply of housing in South East Queensland and strong demand for premium boutique apartments,” Mr Ott said.
