Last spring, Rosie O’Donnell listed her New York City penthouse for sale at US$8.3 million as she prepared to move to the West Coast.
She now resides in a rented beachfront property in Malibu with her daughter, Dakota.
After a brief withdrawal from the market in December, O’Donnell’s upscale Midtown Manhattan apartment in Turtle Bay has been relisted with a reduced price of US$7.5 million, according to the Robb Report.
The sale is managed by Caroline Bass from The Corcoran Group.
Originally purchased for US$8 million in 2017, O’Donnell’s duplex has undergone significant renovations by its previous owners.
