Century 21 has announced the appointment of real estate industry expert Stephen Lea as Queensland Franchise Growth Director, a role that will see him lead the brand’s expansion and franchise development across the state.
Stephen brings more than 25 years of experience in franchise development, business growth and talent acquisition, with a career spanning some of the most recognised names in real estate.
In his most recent work as a business growth consultant, Stephen has also been hands-on in the market, selling luxury apartments in the Jewel and Langham precincts and helping take the Capri Residences project to more than 50 per cent sold within three months.
In his new role, Stephen will focus on recruiting and supporting new franchise partners, strengthening the Century 21 presence across Queensland, and helping existing offices grow.
“Century 21 is one of the most recognised and respected real estate brands in the world, and I am excited to be part of its next chapter in Queensland,” said Stephen.
“I have spent my career helping talented agents and business owners build something bigger than they could on their own, and I look forward to doing exactly that with the Century 21 network.”
Century 21 Head of Growth, Ian Carter, said Stephen’s extensive franchise experience and strong connections across Queensland would be instrumental in expanding the network’s presence in the state.
“Stephen’s track record in building and growing franchise networks speaks for itself. His depth of experience across leading brands and his relationships throughout the Queensland market make him the ideal person to lead our growth in the state.”
