Rising Star Strengthens Network Development at Ray White

Ray White New South Wales is pleased to welcome award-winning auctioneer Tim Snell to the team.

As Network Development Manager – NSW, Mr Snell is responsible for the identification and recruitment of high quality talent into opportunities which further strengthen the brand profile and market share of the Ray White network.

Mr Snell entered the real estate industry as an 18-year-old working in his father’s franchise, in Perth’s beachside suburb of Scarborough.

“I gathered a solid insight into absolutely everything, from managing the office to working the buyers and sellers,” Mr Snell said.

He swiftly climbed the corporate ladder while continuing to hone his auctioneering talent under the guidance of 2014 Australasian Auctioneering champion Andrew North.

Mr Snell’s ability was recognised on a broad scale when he was awarded the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) Colin Brown Memorial Cup in the Rising Star category at the 2017 National Real Estate Auctioneering Championships.

In 2018, he’ll call auctions for Ray White NSW Corporate while maintaining a strong focus on searching for market leaders to improve the quality of client experience in areas of opportunity.

“We want to ensure clients are getting the best exposure and we have the best agents working for our brand,” Mr Snell said.

“It’s not about putting a shop on every corner, it’s about putting the best shop in the best area. I want to hear from anyone interested in future growth and I want those people to understand how Ray White can assist.”
