REA Group expands to deliver unique supply and demand insights

REA Group is empowering its customers with more supply and demand data than ever before following the expansion of’s CMA this week.

The launch of the new CMA Market Insights feature, within the Connect product, will provide agents with unique supply and demand data to help place them in the best position when prospecting.

REA Group General Manager Residential, Simon Hope, said the comprehensive data provided through Market Insight would see REA’s customers cement themselves as leading experts in their local areas.

“The features within Connect are all designed to enable our customers to win more listings with less effort,” Mr Hope said.

“Customers already have access to millions of sold and on-market listings through’s CMA and this week’s launch takes this to the next level.

“More than 13.2 million people visited in October and Market Insights offers the most comprehensive supply and demand data powered by Australia’s largest pool of property seekers.

“Prospecting agents will now easily be able to demonstrate to a potential vendor their knowledge of market trends over time. Importantly, Market Insights will also help agents in showcasing the number of serious buyers in a specific suburb which may encourage a potential vendor to take the next step.”
