Ray White has welcomed its newest office in Ohope Beach, New Zealand.
Located in the Bay of Plenty, the Ohope Beach office will be the 172nd location across New Zealand for the Ray White network.
Principal Ray Johnson already had an established business in the area and is optimistic about being backed by the Ray White brand going forward.
“I was drawn to the company after many of my real estate colleagues over the years had transitioned across and spoke of the phenomenal support and resources the group offers,” he exclaimed.
Mr Johnson started his real estate career in 2001 and entered into business ownership soon after, buying and running four successful offices in the Waikato which he has since sold.
His Ohope Beach office currently has four salespeople, a property manager and executive administrator.
The business boasts a strong rent roll, according to Mr Johnson, and he has plans to expand even further over the next 12 months.
“Our priority is on our customers and providing them with the exceptional experience that we are known for.
“We are looking to grow the business and recruit talent in the sales and property management space,” he said.
Ohope Beach is a popular tourist destination for locals and international travellers, and Johnson says the real estate opportunities are abundant.
“The population swells enormously over summer, with hundreds of people wanting to rent a holiday home,” Johnson said.
Over the next 12 months, the main focus for the team will be on maintaining their high-performing status by continuing to serve their community with the best customer service.
