Ray White New Farm’s upcoming Auction Under The Stars, they say, is more than an auction event, it’s a “property buffet”.
Now in its fourth year, this year’s Auction Under The Stars will be held on May 30 at 6 pm in the carpark behind Ray White New Farm on Brunswick St, New Farm. This fully catered market expo comes with a smorgasbord of properties to devour, under twinkling fairy lights.
Last year, Auction Under The Stars saw a $30M in property change hands, and also achieved a clearance rate of 78 per cent on the night, with a 99 per cent clearance rate of properties after two weeks. The planned event this year will see 21 properties going under the hammer.
Ray White New Farm principal Matt Lancashire said every buyer demographic was catered for at the Auction Under The Stars.
“We have plenty for buyers in all parts of the market, from first home buyer apartments to unrenovated cottages, to income producing assets to prestige properties and stunning riverfront homes,” Mr Lancashire said.
As the event is a special event on Ray White New Farm’s annual calendar it attracts a wider cross-section of buyers. Fully catered for by local modern eatery LONgtime buyers can relax in a more social setting.
“It gives our sellers the opportunity to get a cross section of buyers. We generally find we have our buyers registered on not just one property but multiple, and that’s what makes the event so successful,” says Lancashire.
