Directors David Gillan and Richard Harding are at the helm of a team based in one of Sydneyโs most liveable suburbs.
โWeโre bringing with us the experience and strengths of the Ray White Lower North Shore Group to Ray White Crows Nest,โ Mr Gillan said.
โWe have access to the biggest buyer pool in the Lower North Shore, which includes people downsizing from larger homes in Mosman and Cremorne into Crows Nest for its village atmosphere and vibe.โ
Crows Nest is a popular hot spot on Sydneyโs Lower North Shore, a harbourside style hub with a bustling cosmopolitan lifestyle.
Mr Harding described their Ray White Crows Nest office as an extension of Lower North Shore Groupโs business growth.
From the Crows Nest office, the team will also service St Leonards, Waverton, Wollstonecraft, Greenwich, North Sydney and McMahons Point.
โWeโve got an incredibly strong historic business that has been the leader in the marketplace for many years,โ Mr Harding said.
โWeโre excited to be better able to service an area we consider to be the new frontier of the Lower North Shore property market.โ
The Ray White Lower North Group consider the strategic move into Crows Nest to be in line with their family values.
Having worked with Mr Gillanโs father, Mike, when first starting out in real estate, Mr Harding is excited about what the future holds for his fellow director and their business at Crows Nest.
โSimilar to our Cammeray office with Justin Ferguson, we are first and foremost focused on the culture of our business and how our family-based values combined with high performance to set the tone for the expansion and growth of our group,โ Mr Harding said.
Ray White Sydney Blue CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Mr Gillan and Mr Harding on the opening of their Ray White Crows Nest office.
โThis is a natural progression for Ray White Lower North Shore,โ Mr Andrew said.
โCrows Nest buyers and sellers deserve the leadership and ambition they will receive from this established team.โ
