Agent Ratings and Reviews, an unbiased platform to help agents get noticed by more people on realestate.com.au, is now live.
Since being launched to agents in December 2018, over 4000 ratings and reviews have been collected from genuine past buyers and sellers. These have been gathered through a combination of agent invite and direct to consumer channels to create a real and authentic experience.
Consumers can now search and compare agents and view recent ratings and reviews on realestate.com.au, to help them make more educated decisions when choosing an agent.
Consumers can now also leave ratings and reviews directly via realestate.com.au Agent Profiles. Agents have the ability to challenge a review if they believe it to be fake, as well as the right of reply on all reviews.
All reviews will pass through realestate.com.au quality checks to help ensure they are from real clients who had purchased or sold a property over the past 12 months.
