Property seekers can now speak naturally with Claire, directly from a property listing, and receive detailed insights about the home and surrounding area, in any of 58 supported languages.
Founded by Jeffery Gray in 2019, Propic is reshaping the real estate industry through AI-driven innovation.
With a proven track record of success, Propic has become the category leader in data solutions and generative AI for real estate.
Its flagship platform, Claire, is already trusted by major brands including McGrath, Nelson Alexander, Place, Highland and many national brands.
Over the past year, Claire has supported more than $13 billion in property sales, handling everything from enquiry management and buyer engagement to content creation and lead qualification.
This weekโs product release brings two major enhancements;
Conversational Voice Interface:
Consumers can now tap the speaker icon on any listing to have a real-time, natural language conversation about the propertyโjust as they would with a local agent.
Multilingual Intelligence:
Claire now speaks and understands 58 languages, including Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish, and Indonesianโinstantly translating the conversation back to English to ensure agents stay informed and connected across cultural and language barriers.
“We predicted 2025 would be the year voice went mainstream,โ said Propic CEO, Jeffrey Gray.
โWith consumers used to interacting with assistants like Alexa and Siri, it was time they could simply talk to a property 24/7. And in a multicultural market like Australia, expecting everyone to communicate in English just isnโt good enough anymore. Weโve built Claire to speak every buyerโs language โ literally.โ
Claireโs voice conversations are governed by rigorous compliance protocols and algorithmic guardrails, ensuring safe, brand-aligned interactions.
The AI assistant also integrates with CRM platforms to access documents and data in real time, providing a seamless and deeply informed experience for buyers and agents alike.
These enhancements are the first in a series of product uplifts designed to make voice more dominant within Claire to meet market demands.
