PRDnationwide has been expanding with the addition of six new offices in the past five months.
PRDnationwide, which is the wholly-owned residential brand of Colliers International, has seen an increased level of inquiries from potential new franchisees which has resulted in new offices coming on board, says managing director Tony Brasier.
โThe success of some of our current offices have led to their expansion into new markets,โ Mr Brasier said.
โOur resources to help grow businesses, our market-leading research, our digital marketing platform and our Colliers connections have been key drivers which have all contributed to this growth.โ
โOur international alliance with the United Group in the US, one of the fastest growing franchise groups in North America, has also been an added attraction, creating ease of access to international markets.โ โ
โColliers have invested considerable capital in building our infrastructure in the past three years resulting in a robust franchise platform with the capacity to grow further,โ Mr Brasier explained.
New offices in Queensland include Peregian Beach and Maryborough. In NSW offices have been added in Hurstville, Beverly Hills, New Lambton and Bungendore.
โThe New Lambton office continues the growth of our market leading Hunter Valley Offices which includes Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens and Maitland,โ Mr Brasier said.
The addition of Hurstville and,Beverley Hills and brings the PRD total to eleven offices in south/ south-western Sydney. Based on the current pipeline of interest from potential new franchisees, Mr Brasier believes this growth will continue at a steady pace into 2018.
โThe quality of the business rather than just the sheer number of offices is one of our main criteria.โ
โWe have a unique structure that covers all aspects of commercial and residential real estate. Between Colliers and PRD we have the specialists with experience and knowledge to provide solutions for all potential and existing clients.โ
