Ouwens Casserly celebrates success

Ouwens Casserly Real Estate recently held their annual recognition event celebrating another successful year for the South Australian company.

The Ouwens Casserly Recognition Event, also known as the OCRE, is an annual event where the agency celebrates the success of the financial year and recognises high-performing talent across the organisation in a range of categories.

Over the past financial year Ouwens Casserly has continued to grow and has achieved success including the following:

  • $15K raised for charities including Wings for Life, Vinnies CEO Sleepout, Hutt Street Centre  
  • Sales increased from $12 million to $15 million, which means the total sales value of homes sold increased from $523 million to $610 million this year
  • Total group revenue increased by 22 per cent
  • The property management rent roll grew from 1372 to 1615
  • Overall staff engagement score of 85 per cent – benchmark Is 70 per cent AUS/NZ
  • Staff numbers increased from 88 to 105
