Online offer management system gets high profile agent shareholder

Market Buy, an online offer management system that aims to streamline real estate transactions, has caught the eye of Queensland agent Chris Gilmour who’s joined the company as an equity partner and shareholder.

Mr Gilmour is one of the founders of All Properties Group, and a regular speaker at real estate seminars around Australia. Heย brings a wealth of experience to Market Buy and will be instrumental in ensuring the company remains at the cutting edge of development.

The software was developed alongside real estate sales professionals, a fact that the company says helps set it apart from other offer management platforms. The aim is to provide agents withย the most effective and practical sales tool available.

Market Buy can be branded to match any agency, and has already been adopted by around 400 agents from networks such as Stockdale & Leggo, @realty and Professionals, as well as several independent offices. The company was also recognised at the REIV Awards in 2017, coming away with the Innovation Award.

The platform supports full transparency in the offer process, providing owners with a unique log in so they can track the process of offers for their property. It also allows agents to counter offers, and can act similar to an online auction platform in the event of several offers.

Mr Gilmour will remain an active real estate agent and leader of All Properties Group in South East Queensland, and will assist Market Buy in developing future enhancements and upgrades to best serve their clients.

The company said they are extremely excited to welcome Mr Gilmour to the team and look forward to a successful partnership throughout the coming years.
