More than six years after OBrien Real Estate established its first franchise office in February 2013, the growing brand has now opened its 27th office, located in the growth belt of Melbourne’s west at Werribee.
Originating from the south east of Melbourne, OBrien initially had all its offices situated on the east side of the Yarra River, but now there are four recently-opened OBrien offices in the west and north regions, with more to come.
OBrien General Manager, Jason Mudford, said the expansion into new regions was in perfect alignment with the vision of building a 50-office network within metropolitan Melbourne.
The team behind the new Werribee office includes Rohan Smith, who boasts more than 20-years experience in real estate in Melbourne’s western corridor, along with a team of dedicated property managers and property consultants.
Mr Smith said the reason he decided to join OBrien Real Estate was because he wanted to join a company that shared his vision to help grow his people and his business.
