Harcourts and REA Group have unveiled a new partnership with Harcourts agencies set to access Pro subscriptions at a best-in-market rate nationally, along with a premier partner sponsorship agreement that will see REA sponsor major Harcourts events throughout FY27.

The partnership marks a significant step in Harcourts’ ongoing investment in tools and commercial value for its offices.

It will create a stronger platform for the Harcourts brand on Australia’s number one address in property¹, giving the network greater opportunity to stand out with consumers and maintain momentum in a highly competitive market.

From July, Harcourts agencies will have access to a best-in-market rate for new Pro subscriptions, with existing Pro subscribers also receiving the discounted rate.

Delivering increased value across the Harcourts network, a Pro subscription improves listing visibility, reaches more high-intent buyers and sellers, and drives stronger campaign outcomes.

REA’s Pro subscription also gives agencies access to enriched seller lead insights, deeper market insights and REA’s comparative market analysis tools, helping agents build their brand and win more business.

CEO of Harcourts Australia, Adrian Knowles, said the partnership reinforces the group’s commitment to giving its people the best possible advantage in market.
