NGU Real Estate is expanding south with the opening of an office on the Gold Coast.
Award-winning team Karen Stewart and Edward Smyth will direct NGU Real Estate’s first Gold Coast office.
It is the fifth NGU Real Estate office to open since the company launched in 2016, with two more Brisbane-based offices to be revealed in the next six weeks.
“Karen and Edward are two of the best real estate agents on the Gold Coast,” NGU Real Estate CEO Emil Juresic said.
“Karen has a fantastic wealth of experience with an outstanding history of strong results, while Edward is an exciting force after just 18 months in the game.”
In their first year together, Ms Stewart and Mr Smyth recorded a 95 per cent clearance ratio and quickly established themselves as top earners in the region.
“We look forward to helping them take their service to the next level,” Mr Juresic said.
“NGU Real Estate is creating noise on the Gold Coast, with Karen and Edward as directors at the helm.”
Ms Stewart, who entered the industry in 2001, is equally enthusiastic about joining the forward-thinking group.
“We’re ready for it and we’re both super excited,” Ms Stewart said.
