An experienced leadership team, consisting of Simon Best and Maria Page, is looking forward to reinvigorating and refreshing the Barry Plant Sunbury office with a focus on enhanced customer service and communication.
Simon Best, a 22-year veteran of the industry, is excited about the opportunity to engage with local vendors and buyers as Managing Director of the office to ensure results to exceed client expectations.
Holding a full Real Estate Agent’s License, a Bachelor of Business from LA Trobe University and a Graduate Certificate in Valuations from RMIT, Simon is an experienced agent and highly skilled auctioneer, previously winning Auctioneer of the Year in the Barry Plant Network, along with several Top Sales Office awards.
Maria Page will take on the multiple roles of Branch Manager, Officer in Effective Control and Director of Property Manager of the Sunbury office.
A highly-awarded and regarded property manager, Maria is also a fully licensed real estate agent, is a member of the Barry Plant Property Management Steering Committee and has taken out awards such as Property Management Department Manager of the Year.
Maria’s expertise will provide landlords with a detailed understanding of legislative requirements and extensive experience in managing client investments.
With the office leadership team taking charge from the 1st of February, already a slate of changes has occurred with a ‘back to basics’ approach front-of-mind for agents and staff.
