The opening of Laing+Simmons Manning Valley on Pulteney Street coincides with a watershed moment in the local real estate market as the impacts of affordability in our major cities take hold.
“Taree and its surrounds are on the cusp of new growth in a property market sense, as more and more people seek to escape – or are priced out of – the Sydney market. The decentralisation of the workforce is an inevitability and few places offer the relative affordability and breathtaking scenery of the area we call home,” Ms Burke said.
“Growth in Sydney and other capital city markets is tipped to remain relatively flat in the near term, which turns people’s attention to key regional markets. The Manning Valley is in a unique position to capitalise and the need for local expertise will be even more critical.”
