Miles Teller ‘jets’ into ritzy Pacific Palisades

Top Gun: Maverick star Miles Teller and his wife, model Keleigh Sperry, have purchased a traditional Cape Cod-style home in Pacific Palisades for US$7.5 million.

The property, located between Palisadesโ€™ Via Bluffs and Village, was built in 2015 and boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across a little over 613sq m of open-plan living across three floors.

The house is fronted by a driveway that leads to an attached two-car garage, and features white shingled walls, dark hardwood floors, and high coffered ceilings.

The main level of the home includes a formal living room with a fireplace and glass doors leading out to a covered terrace, a formal dining room with wainscoted walls, a see-through wine closet, a family room that connects to the gourmet kitchen, and a guest bedroom with a bath.

A custom staircase leads upstairs, where four ensuite bedrooms await, including a master retreat with a private ocean-view balcony and walk-in closet, as well as a marble-tiled bathroom equipped with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and steam shower.

The lower level of the home is home to a movie theatre, a family room with a fireplace, an office and a gym.

Outdoors, the grassy backyard provides ample space for entertainment and relaxation, and although it lacks a swimming pool, there is enough room to install one.

The home also includes a roof deck that offers sweeping views of the surrounding hills and Santa Monica Mountains.

The Top Gun: Maverick star, who also owns a Spanish-style home in Studio City, purchased the Pacific Palisades property as a secondary residence.

The Studio City property was acquired by Teller in summer 2016 and is still maintained by the actor.
