Kim Greenan has a wealth of experience in real estate, having owned and operated her own office, and worked in franchise growth and development.
The Announcement:
As Australia’s second-largest real estate network, LJ Hooker will continue to expand its footprint with the appointment of Kim Greenan as a Strategic Growth Manager in NSW.
It signals an exciting new direction for the business in the lead-up to its centenary in 2028 with a ‘laser focus’ on new and internal growth.
Stephen Mutton, Head of Network Australia for LJ Hooker believes the current change in the market means more businesses will need support, direction and leadership.
“We know of the value offered by the LJ Hooker franchise model and it will provide opportunities for businesses looking to join our network,” he said.
“The support and systems offered by LJ Hooker will guide people through the current market and ensure that they come out the other side with an increased market share and better position for their business.”
Ms Greenan has an extensive career in all facets of real estate, having owned and operated her own office, and worked in franchise growth and development and as a sales team manager in her previous roles.
The appointment is one of several new roles within the real estate network, which is also looking to recruit an additional Strategic Growth Manager.
“Kim has a wealth of experience and is multi-skilled in running businesses and assisting agents in growth – she knows the real estate business backwards,” Mr Mutton said.
Ms Greenan was attracted to LJ Hooker because of the brand’s solid reputation and believes they are in a strong position to expand its network of performing offices. She will also be encouraging owners to commit to growing their rent roll to underpin cash flow and turn it into a saleable asset.
“I believe the LJ Hooker brand offers real value to its franchisees and is the perfect platform to develop and grow a business, particularly with its training and development,” Ms Greenan said.
“I’m looking forward to connecting with dynamic business owners who have achieved great sales records themselves and are engaging with their staff.“
